Double Sided Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking is designed to store difficult to handle product such as timber joists which can be upto 6000mm long. Conventional racking cannot cater for this type of product as the span required becomes prohibitive. Our cantilever system has a medium and heavy duty version to enable any weight loading to be designed for. The system can be single or double sided for maximum space utilisation.

Double Sided Bar Rack

Bar racks are ideal for storing lengths of steel/aluminium bar on the workshop environment. It is easy to assemble when received and can be easily adjusted to suit any needs. It is available inb single sided and double sided versions. Each arm can take up to 500Kgs and the uprights has a maximum load capacity of 2500Kgs per side excluding the base.

Small Vertirack	Vertiracks are designed to store long thin product e.g aluminium extrusions, plastic conduit i a vertical position. This saves space and allow picking more easily. Each unit comes with three dividers to give four locations per bay but additional divders can be fitted to give more locations. The unit pictured left is to store product upto 2500mm long.
The unit pictured right has all the features of the smaller system but can store product upto 4000mm long safely. Each bay has a three two part divider system but as its counter part can be added to for smaller quantities of product. Both units are complete with floor fixings to maintain structural satbility. Vertical Sheet Rack

Vertical sheet rackg is designed to store sheet material upto 3000mm tall x 1500mm wide. It is tubular steel construction bolted together. Ideal for DIY stores and woodwork shops. It creates four locations per unit.
